Health information
Protected health information you share with us as a patient is handled under our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at our office on request. We do not use website analytics or advertising tools to collect protected health information.
Text messaging (SMS) program
Consent. If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, Tom Godfrey DMD PLLC (Lone Mountain Dental Las Vegas) may send you text messages about appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling, responses to your questions, and occasional updates and offers from our practice. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving care.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will usually receive no more than 6 messages per month, plus replies to messages you send us.
Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We will send one final message confirming that you have opted out, and after that you will receive no more texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No sharing of mobile information. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or your text messaging opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share information only with service providers that help us deliver our text messages (for example, our messaging platform), and only to provide the service. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Website technologies and service providers

Do not submit medical or treatment information through general website analytics or advertising features.

- Microsoft Clarity: provides aggregated heatmaps and session interaction data. Form fields and sensitive inputs are masked where supported, and Clarity is not intended to collect protected health information.
- AI website assistant: if enabled, it may collect the information you type so it can answer general questions and help route or schedule your request. Do not enter medical details, diagnoses, treatment information or other protected health information. Information may be processed by the service providers that operate the assistant on our behalf.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
