Appointments and communications
Appointment requests are not confirmed until the practice accepts them. Please do not send urgent or sensitive medical information through general website forms, chat tools, email or text messages.
Text messaging terms
Our text messaging program is intended for users 18 years or older, or with parent or guardian consent.
When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively consent, Tom Godfrey DMD PLLC may send appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling messages, and replies to your questions. Consent is not a condition of purchase or care. Message frequency varies and is generally no more than 6 messages per month, plus replies to messages you send. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help or call (702) 655-9533. Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
